Visit FileForums This machine has an AMD Ryzen 5 2600, a GeForce RTX 2060 (latest drivers) and 16gb of RAM, none of which are taxed to their fullest at the settings I set it at - the crashes occur regardless of if I'm trying low or ultra. I would guess it being a power supply issue but this is the only game, program and overall instance I experience such, so I'm doubtful that it's hardware related. Event viewer shows nothing at the exact time of the crash, only some intermittent origin web helper issues.

That seems like a gpu driver crash that then doesn't recover on its own, and nothing short of turning the pc off and then on again helps it. What happens is that I hear the windows error message and then the screens go black with no signal, everything else continues as usual. Now that I reached the cutscene after Alec uses the tower, the game crashes consistently once it gets to the point of showing Ryder with her helmet broken. In the run up to the tower the problem seemed to occur almost randomly though I noticed that it may coincide with the game rendering explosions.
